These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Owicker’s Website, located at www.owicker.com.
Prices
- All prices include shipping costs.
- Customers may be charged customs duties or taxes depending on their country. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Owicker cannot always inform customers of these possible additional charges.
- Owicker reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice. Any errors in pricing are not binding.
Payments
- All payments on the site are made through the electronic payment systems Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal.
- If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us at customers@owicker.com.
Delivery
- In-stock orders will be shipped within two business days of receipt of payment.
- If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately.
- Delivery times vary between 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location.
- We ship your order using Aramex, FedEx, or DHL. You will receive an email with your tracking number to track your package.
- We do our best to deliver your order on time. If your delivery is delayed, please contact us immediately.
Custom Made Items
- Production times for custom orders vary depending on the design and size of the item, taking a maximum of 6-12 business days.
- Custom items are shipped expedited within 3-6 business days.
Articles Not Collected
- Owicker cannot be held responsible for parcels not received or collected.
- If parcels are not collected, they will be sent back to us. We are not responsible for items shipped back to us.
- Customers will be charged for sending the package a second time if a parcel has not been received or collected on the first shipping.
- Consider providing us with your work address instead of your home address.
100% Satisfaction
- Owicker strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If one or more articles are not to your satisfaction, notify us within 30 days and send it back to us.
- If you do not notify us within the aforementioned time frame, the items are considered sold.
- Items must be undamaged and shipped to us in their original packaging. Sending the item back to us is at your own expense.
- We will refund the purchase price of the items within 7 days after receiving the returned goods. Purchase price means the purchase amount of the item minus the original shipping charges.
Complaints and Defects
- Our parcels are packed with the greatest care and are sent with insured postal services.
- If damage occurs during transport, we will replace or refund the damaged item.
- To start a claim, we must open a case with the postal services within 5 days. Please follow the procedure below strictly:
Send us an email to notify us of the damage (customers@owicker.com).
Send us pictures of the damage within 5 days:
Picture of the outside of the box (with visible bar code).
Picture(s) of the inside of the box (packing material included).
Picture(s) of the damaged item.
- We will send you a return label so you can send us back the item free of charge.
- We will replace the damaged item, or if you prefer, we will proceed with a refund.
Personal Data
- Your personal data is saved to the Customer Relation Management system of Owicker to process your order.
- Owicker uses your personal data for internal marketing purposes only, such as sending you newsletters.
- Your personal data will not be forwarded or sold for marketing purposes to any third party.
